DELIVERY & SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Shipping once processed. Processing takes up to 48 hours, though this may vary depending on how busy a period is. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
